I was checking my bank account and found these two charges on my checking account. I did not order anything but a kitchen knive and paid for it, now this company is charging me for purchases that I did not authorize or order.
I tried to call the phone number I found for the company and got a message that the phone was not in service at this time.
I am now having problems paying bills and rent as the money taken from my account was for rent.
I am now being evicted from my apartment if I cannot come up with the rest of rent in three days.
I want my money back. How do I get it?
