When I order I understood that I was receiving a free trial cream. That I was to paid 5.99 for shipping and handlingt.
The product arrived on June 3rd 2013. I called the company and asked them why had I received a regular size product. They told me that it was a free trial for 14 days from the time I received it. I wrote in the papers that I was going to be charged on June 17 the whole amount if I was to keep it. Today is June 12 and I was already charged the 11 the whole amount. I received a damaged eye cream which pump doesnt work. I had already decided to return it because you dont send a damaged product for a high amount of 89.99. The quality control of the product was in question to me. When I call to report that I was already charged the whole amount, they told me that in fact was not true. That the 14 days trial start since the day of the order ???? I only had the product for only 7 days, the pump didnt work and I wasnt even able to tried it. They offer me 50% off If I kept the damaged product. Of course I disagree. The people that help me on the phone were awfull, disrespecfull and unpolite.
