Like many who are complaining, I ordered a $4.95 shipping only sample of this product. There was no information in the box containing the product about how much I paid, where to return it, etc. I was charaged $99 several days later on my credit card. Since I had no number from the product to call, I called the number that was on my credit card statement. I cancelled the product, received a cancellation number - and low and behold, two weeks later another charge for $105 was on my credit card. I called the company they refused to reverse the charge but said they would cancel the product. I am disputing the charge on my credit card - so will see what happens.
