Received call from Micheal Reed who said my computer needed upgrade from Microsoft to protect against hackers, etc. They would install "Microsoft Security Essentials" which would take care of it. I would receive 5 year coverage. Original cost was $159.00 plus tax. Another $150.00 was taken later. I now was charged $79.00 on May 19, 2013 for what I don't know.
