I got a call from AK Management sometime in the last few days asking if I needed a loan?
I said I was interested and they ran a credit check on me and was happy to tell me I had passed. I said I would look at any info they would send me on the companies that had accepted me. They then told me that IF I take a loan they would then take a finders fee of £79.00. I was happy with that, however, no info was sent to me and £79.00 was stolen from my account without me agreeing to any loan or any money from any company hitting my bank account. So today Monday 10/6/13 I have spent a great deal of time talking to AK Management / Money Essentials telling me they are in the right and I cannot have my money back. The Minion I was dealing with refused several time to put me through to a supervisor and told me to complain in writing.
I have also lodged a complaint with the Financial Onbudsman who cannot do anything for eight weeks. The little guy loses again!!!
