A young man came to my door at 22509 Ladeene Ave., Torrance, CA and claimed that he was trying heard to get points for scholarship money for college. He gave his name as John P. (code 212). The only two items on his "magazines" list that interested me were, "Pixar Cars" and "Disney Princesses." Each totaled $61.00.
Conflicting "promised delivery" dates on my receipt were, "120 days," or "150 days." Long enough to flee the country.
Interestingly, the statement, "Clearing orders through International Communications Concepts" was lined out of both receipts by the sales person. Now there was a clue.
What can be done to reclaim my loss?
