This is not about the money but the principle...I ordered one bottle of this "Pure Green Coffee" and am not happy with the results. There is no way to return the product to get a refund..WHY?
I am a small business owner and customer satisfaction is number one...maybe the product isn't for me but to have no recourse is worse than being displeased with the product. A good experience in providing a refund would go a lot farther than leading me to write this complaint. And sorry Dr. Oz, I won't be trusting you much anymore either.
