I ordered the free trial from greencoffeeadvanced.com on may 1st, 2013. I hadn't received my bottle by may 15, so I called that day and luckily I was able to talk with someone that day. The lady told me that she would extend te trial until June 9th. I did receive the bottle by about May 24.
I used it faithfully until June 5, it was clear that this product was horrible and didn't work at all, I did not experience a single pound of weight loss in that period of time. I called back to cancel my trial and send the bottle back, but when I called this time the number had been disconnected. So I tried the number on the website, and it told me that "the wait time has exceeded 10 mins, please leave yor account info including full name, phone number and email address and the best time for someone to return your call tomorrow."
Obviously, since one number was disconnected and the other wouldn't even let me talk to someone, I decided to send them an email letting them know I needed to cancel.
I continued to call and email for the next four days and nobody returned my calls and nobody replied to my emails.
I called my credit card company and cancelled my current card.
As of this moment they have no been able to charge me the 89.99 for the bottle. I have been told by my credit card company that they may be able to push the payment through even with a new card though. I hope that is not the case.
Be cautious about ordering product from the Internet.
