This site should be ashamed of themselves. You have allowed money making schemes on your site, you have done nothing to protect genuine job seekers, you were able to make life harder for scam artist, but instead you have made it easy for them, this is your site and you do not have to allow anyone and everyone on it, I am talking about the flashy adds you have on the side, the ones where you can make money from home such as surveys, they are dragging in traffic and offering people to use their credit cards to buy a money making programme, well they took more than I allowed and I payed for a bunch of adds with everyone doing the same, shame on you for tricking people.
