I ordered what was advertised as 2 guarenteed authentic Louis Vuitton bags. When they arrived, they were not authentic...no stamp, no certificates, handles wrapped in plastic. There was no invoice or return instructions in the package. I immediately emailed the representatives of the company I had worked with on my order and the emails were returned undeliverable. The website is now expired so I can't even look at the terms and conditions on returns. Total ripoff!

- I'm dealing with the same situation. When I wanted to know if my order was confirmed they had no problem in emailing me back to let me know it was. When I finally received my order, it came in a packaged box that look like it was reused over and over. They even forced the items to fit in this filthy box.
