I received a letter with a check inside stating my husband won the Elanco AnimalHealth lottery. The check was foe $3,990.00. It looks real but I know it was not. The letter states he was to contact a Lloyd Lewis. If you try to call the phone number. 1-289-892-3517. You will find it rings 7 times then goes to a busy signal. I know this was fake when the envelope has no return address on it. The letter also states final notice. When in fact we have never received prior ones. Please do not fall for this scam.
