I signed up to a free trial and thennoticed the small print that they would automatically debit my account with £80 for each product in 28 days time. Within 5 minutes I had e-mailed the support for each product to say I didin't want it and to cancel the order.
The next day I received confirmation of the order and despatch and the following week the product arrived.
I e-mailed them 4 or 5 more times and they didn't reply.
A week before the £160 was due to go out, I called my bank and asked them to stop further payments. They said they could only write to the originating company and tell them that the agreement was cancelled but they couldn't guarantee it would stop them taking any money.
Low and behold on the 25th day, £160 was taken from my account. I e-mailed again and this time, I received a reply and 2 cancellation e-mails, one for each product.
I replied that I would like them to refund £160 to my bank account, but again I have received no response and no refund. No product either - so effectively it's now fraud as they've received payment for something I haven't had!
Can we not get everyone together to take legal action against them?

    I had the exact same problem and they took £79.99 for LipoSlim and £79.98 for the NaturalCleanse products. No where could I see the small print that mentioned these additional payments! I called the UK number at 8am this morning and they offered me a 50% refund, I stated that I had found some forums where they recieved a full refund and I wanted to speak to her manager and immediately she changed her mind to a full refund. I have recieved confirmation emails stating that I will receive a refund but at the moment I am sceptical... I will keep you updated.

  • PS: This is the number that I called; 0800 011 9520.
    They will try and tell you, that you are not entitled to a refund, then they will offer the 50%, but keep arguing it out and inform them you know that others have recieved full refunds after the 21 day period.

  • Yes i agree with louise, I have had the same problem, I cancelled before the trial had expired they said it had been cancelled and STILL took money from my account!!! luckily I found online a UK helpline number 0800 011 9520, after arguing with them and threatening to take it further as they have RIPPED me off and I was happy to return the products, and would never have bought them if I had known they were rip off merchants they have given me 100% refund. It is not in my bank yet but I have been sent a confirmation email, please pass this helpline number onto other UK victims! Good luck x
