Complaint Description:
I signed up for this site based upon an advertising banner that promised items for sale (specifically LED tvs) that do not exist on their website. Furthermore, they "guarantee" you will win, but all you are able to win at is paying them for more "bids" to try to win--you never actually are able to win any of the products on the site, much less the falsely advertised products on the banner ads that don't even exist. Their customer service center was quick to respond with apologies, but as soon as I requested a refund & termination of my account, they stopped responding to me. To date, I still have not received any physical product from them.

    I have been able to review your account in detail and see that you were facing a problem with our dealwheel. This was certainly a singular case and we have not had this problem with other customers. In any case, since you were not satisfied with our site we offered to issue you a full refund. Very humbly, would like to disagree with you when you say we stopped responding once you requested a refund. I can see that your refund was issued the very same day and a confirmation email sent to you.

    We would also like to confirm we have LED TVs up for auction, and they are rotated along with other auctions.

    We take pride in our customer service levels. Our team is available around the clock and we are always here to help. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy.

    First of all, the only refund information I have is your company saying you will refund...I still have yet to see it appear on my credit card. Secondly, your website alledges email responses in 15 minutes, but in actuality it took 3 days before I received an email saying you would refund. (Again, as far as the refund goes, I simply "have your word", but it has not yet physically happened.)

    Thirdly, to date I still have not seen one single TV of ANY type on your auctions. This makes your advertising on them a bold faced lie. I watched the site prior to signing up, didn't see them & emailed and was assured they would be on the auction site within the week. I signed up and then for 2 weeks...nothing. I then went through a series of frustrating emails in which your staff was rude and indifferent, causing me to demand the refund & termination of my account. A week later your company/site STILL doesn't have any TVs on it. It is quite obviously blatant false advertisin

    My apologies. The intention was not to disparage your comments in any way, but to be able to provide the best customer service we can through any channel available, as you can see on this very site.

    To confirm, the refund has been issued but it takes 5 - 7 days to post the consumer's statement. This is because it goes through multiple banks and merchants but from our side, it is an instant refund. I have reviewed your account again and see that the request for refund was placed on October 7th at 11:22 am and the actual refund confirmation mail was sent at 6:06 pm same day.

    Again, please be assured your amount has been refunded and the account closed. The refund will appear in your account in the next 7 days. We conduct our business with utmost honesty and diligence, which is why we are able to respond openly in such public forums. We aim to please our customers in every way possible, and if there is anything else we may do to assist you, please feel free to let us know.
