They were great, not sure why everyone is making a big deal about it. They are a great company IF YOU READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I've had great success with this product and am very sad to see people trying to ruin their rep.
Honestly that's why people get charged they just don't read . I read it before my free trial and I knew what was gonna get charged.
