I purchased a pair of uggs. They charged my account on 6/10/11. I have emailed them 4x for a ship date and tracking # (which they say will be sent to you once they ship. I have never received any response. Over 3 weeks now and no boots, no notice, no ship date, no tracking #, and no response. Looks like I am out $127 : (
