i ordered the free trial for shipping fee of £6.16 and received them my mastercard came in for £114. nothing came then my bank has let me know theres another pending amount of £120 i have received nothing again i only wanted the free sample to see if it worked and i cant get in touch with this firm to cancel it and i wont get my money back
