placed order with company 3/23. contacted company after 6 week delivery deadline and was told to expect an email soon for delivery conformation as well as the wait time for delivery was bumped out to 8 to 10 weeks. so i waited and now all contact is ignored. the man in charge of this operation is gabe bernstein. this individual seems to be using a tactic of placating customers until the allowable time to receive a refund from bank or paypal has expired.

- Gabe Bernstein is now living in Richland Oregon. He has started a new on-line company offering stills as well as other "hand made" copper items. The business name is Powder River Copper Works, he has just put up a utube video of the stills and advertises a 2 to 3 week delivery "not months." The video shows an inventory of of at least a dozen stills. I feel strongly that Gabe Bernstein needs to be held legally accountable for his fraudulent business practices and stopped from future scams. - Well Scambook, though you were unable to resolve any issues with Gabe Bernstein and his scamming ways he has apparently once again self-sabatoged and is currently housed in the Caldwell Id. county jail. Sadly, the very serious charges against him involve child sexual exploitation. This information can be verified by googling Gabe Bernstein arrest. Yes, this is the same Bernstein of CAcoppercreations, Powderrivercopperworks, and Copperflutes. com......Unfortunately I have personal knowledge of the above.
