I purchased a wig because I thought this was a UK company. NOT. THEY ARE CHINESE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have read so many complaints online about them. Am waiting for a refund but after they sent their last email, they closed that email account. Thankfully I was able to get their mother email account, and they responded that the refund will credited to my bank account. (I threatened to report them to Paypal, Trading Standards office, etc) Still waiting. Will let you know what happens.
