On May 20th I ordered a gotcha covered pillowcase through the Sears website, not knowing that they filled it through Olejo. There was no size information on the web site and when it arrived, it was too small. Olejo refused to accept it for an exchange, saying it is a "personal use item" even though it was never used - just opened and immediately saw it wouldn't fit. Sears also will not take it back. Next time I'll stick with Amazon!
