i Noticed they took £94.99 from my account after i sent the products back when i rang them they said they would refund me straight away as they had recieved the products back from me but after a month i rang again they said it would take 45 days and i have been ringing every 45 days since and get told the same thing i have just tried to ring them again but the line is dead now dont know what else to do

Update: 10/24/2013

I have now found a new phone number and yet again they said I will have a refund within 48 hours I have been waiting 15 months for the refund
