Hi, my name is Stephanie Andrade. I was charged $30 from my bank account without my consent not have I ever loaned or heard of this company. Since I didn't have the full amount I was charged an overdraft fee. When I contacted the bank they told me to contact the company and when I did I didn't get an answer just an automated service and when i wrote to the support center i got an email saying that the system failed. I demand to have this resolved immediately
