I wanted to take out a loan a few days ago, I started to complete application, but I did not finish, nor confirmed, because I decided to stop. Then a few days, I noticed that an amount of £70.95 had been debited from my account the 30/05/2013 to 31/05/2013 by the company Enhance financial, which I've never heard and without my authorization. I had not confirmed my desire to continue this loan despite the number of messages that were sent to me. In addition, every time I was receiving a message, I was replying "stop" to let them know that I no longer wanted to continue my application, so why taking so much money in my account without informing me? especially since I had never asked to take a loan in your company, I did not even know you, I've never heard from you. Today, I ask you to send me back the full amount that you carefully taken from my account without my notice within 24 hours, or I'll bring this issue back to the authorities.
