Called my cell phone indicating they were contacting me in response to survey I had completed. My cell phone number is not given out except to emergency response organizations. They are not one. The called is a fraud, I never completed any such survey. Advised them the call was in violation of the national do not call register. Caller refused to communicate beyond that point and eventually I hung up. FCC needs to identify the source and fine the owner accordingly.
