I was directed to the website by another site. I was interested in what kind of bidding site it was so thinking it was like ebay i entered my info. The next page instructed to scroll all the way down to complete registration. So I did, and thinking again it was like ebay entered my info never thinking that I would be charged 99.00. I realized they charged me when I went to look at my bank statement online. I immediately called them to receive a refund and they ended up emailing me saying they were not going to give me any money back! After calling them several times, one customer service rep hung up on me, and the other customer service rep said they have no supervisors or managers that I could talk to and that all their correspondence is done via email and this person would NOT give me the name of the person who owns the company!! Then they told me to have a good day and hung up! Now after researching this company I realize that A LOT of people have been through the same experience as me! This is terrible and Bidrack should be stopped. Someone is making a load of money by charging people without them realizing it and then by the time they do realize they are charged they come to find out that there is a strict no refund policy. A bunch of crap! I would join in on a class action suit. I think there is grounds for it and I think we could win!!
