Beadaholique has really good products and videos, but there is a major problem regarding the use of discount codes and gift cards. They only take one or the other but not both on their website. I have purchased beading supplies from other online bead vendors (example: Fire Mountain) and they DO take both. When I called support, they said that a number of people have complained and requested using both, but I was told that upper management would allow it nor change their policy. I hope that the folks that read this review will add their voices and complain to Beadaholique. Then maybe they would change their policy to benefit us consumers and not their pocket.
