I was setting up a discounted phone service my incarcerated nephew could call his grandfather and his mother. Their system tried to charge me twice. Fortunately there was not enough funds for the second charge to go through. I was called 05/31/13 advising me that my charge did not go through. I checked my statement online and sure enough it had gone through. I advised the caller and she said no did not. I immediately went to work on securing my credit. I have to wait until June 4th to see if it is automatically placed back on my account. If not I then can make a claim through my debit card.

In the meantime, I have reported the incident to the BBB in Austin, TX, since Prison Call Solution addressed is listed on its website as: 1712 E Riverside Drive #90 Austin, TX 78741.
