She told us that she is working for TMobile customer care in Tampa, Florida, and she would help me to order couples of smartphones. We were in a hurry to get a phone for one of a relative's birthday. We agreed to pay for the amount plus transaction fees from both places that she asked us to go to like Western Union, MoneyGram, and online payment, etc... After she received the money, she would not provide any order confirmation or tracking number. We did ask, and she would reply back with "It was ordered". We have not heard from her and have not received the phone either.
