I BOUGHT AN ENGINE FROM CARTER AT PARTZ NOW FOR 1650.00 THEY SENT THE WRONG ENGINE TO ME AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. ITS BEEN MONTHS AND THEY REFUNDED 1000.00 650 RESTOCKING FEE IS A LITTLE OVER THE TOP. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS COVERING A COUPLE MONTHS ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES GAVE ME CARTERS CELL PHONE #. HE WASNT HAPPY TO HERE FROM ME. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
