On May 29, 2013, I watched a Dr Oz video on gancinia cambogia, and then went to the website to read out the product.I filled in my information for an order, without realizing the what the total cost of the product. ( I had assumed I was paying for 3 bottles of the product) After I realized I would owe $159 I attempted to cancel the order on the site. This was not possible. My email bounced. I then immediately phoned customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done. I could not cancel. I made a further call looking for a supervisor or address to reach this company. This representative said to call my bank. I did so and was told the charges already appeared on my account. I made a further call and was told I could get a discount but no cancellation. Throughout each of my calls I told them I did not want the product. It was too expensive for my limited income. Still each person told me I could not cancel nor would they provide me with information for a supervisor or a person capable of making a cancellation. If this is a reputable business, I find that kind of service completely unacceptable.
I then sent an another email regarding the situation and received an email telling me I was responsible for an additional monthly charge of $9.97. I called to tell them I had not agreed to this and to try to cancel once again. Again the representative told me they were just a customer service and could not cancel any orders.
Where do you go to do this?
How can such a business be so unscrupulous?
How can an order be cancelled?
