Note: I filed a claim with BBB of Metropolitan NY. Ectaco has a F rating from the BBB and have now 52 complaints. I have also found on other complaint boards similar to mine. Please see the string of e-mails that are my complaint.

What your are doing is very unfair. First the screen did not work and the Greek to English was not downloaded on the Lux. I sent it back to
be fixed and for the second time when I got it back the Greek to English was not loaded on the Lux and I did not receive a Micro SD card either. Finally I received the MSD.
I asked for help to load it
and it took way to long to get. It was May 6th 2013 when i finally got an e-mail on how to install it...and I tried up and till I had to leave for Greece on the 10th of May to install it.
Your tech support was rude impatient and indifferent to the troubles I was having. I bought the Lux for use in Greece, one I could not use it and two it was impossible for
me to install the Greek to English MSD card. I will fly you out here and you install it. I bet you can't.

Also, none of the paper work I have shows or specifies when or when I cannot request a RMI number or and end date for a refund.
Please get me a RMI number. This whole fiasco with the Lux 6 and Greek to English application is Ectaco fault not mine. I demand my
money back.

Please get me a Mangers name and number so I can call them directly.

Rob,

This Partner Lux is so difficult and impossible for me to use. I have tried my hardest to get it to function
and I cannot. The Greek MSD card is impossible to figure out how do all the items that are required to activate it.

There is no way I could ever use this in Greece. I want to return it for a full Refund. Please send me a return number
so I can send it back.

I tried...please do not give grief and give me my money back.

I just received a English <->Greek microSD card for my Partner Lux 6. I installed it per the (attached) directions:
What came up on screen was Exec:run_command(*",0) unknown command...The imput address don't need a
virtual-to-physical translation.

Am I using a wrong installation procedure....

Need some help. What should I do....

    Your device is completely covered under the one year warranty against any defects. You can contact support at any time for a FREE replacement. I looked at your Warranty order, it was tested by a technician before sending. Any issue which arose happened in shipping or after the item was received.

    Please contact support and they would be happy to help you with another warranty case.

    Our return policy is to prevent "renting" of the item for people who go on vacation. It is in bold on the invoice you've received so there should be no confusion.

    Last i would like to note: we've had an A+ with the BBB until we decided to stop using their services (ie. paying $600+ per year). We immediately dropped to F. BBB is a company and a racketeering scam which is very ironic, they even gave an A+ rating to Hamas!
