Got a call from this company saying they could negotiate with my high interest credit card companies and get the rates lowered. With some reluctance, I agreed. Come to find out, I was never told that I had to be on the phone with them. They made me to believe that they would do it. I received a dvd and a tiny booklet from them. I called them and explained that I don't really have the time to be on the phone with them and there is a 3 hour time difference to which they admitted. I even put in a complaint with my credit card company of disputed charges. Finally, in March, I contacted them again. I got an appointment for march 6 with representative named Thomas to be on the phone at 8 a.m. with him. He never called. I contacted them and got an answering machine. No other contact has been made. I have received no service from them.
