A man by the name of Calvin Davis said I had won 1.5 million dollars because I have paid all my bills on time. One of the sponsor's to this promotion was Donald Trump.
If I didn't have $1499.99 to pay the taxes his Company would send me a Cashier's check for $2000. from the Wachovia Bank @ 444 N. Capitol Street, Washington D.C. I should deposit the check in my bank and wait for 4-5 days, when the check cleared I was to send them a overnight check for $1,400. he would tell me the address when I send the check. He gave me the phone number to call him back when I decide to do this. It is 202-241-9002.
I did not do any of this. I just wanted to know if this could be a legitimate promotion, a scam, or if I should report it, or where to report it.

- that was a very smart move. i wish that i had did what you did n made a call or posted on scmbook.com. my situation evetythng just sounded legal n really i never send money anywhere but the economy is so screwed up i just wanted a little help but they took my money n now im in a worser situation now then i was before. i sufferin my bills are way behind n i hope scambook.com get them coldhearted scammers.
