We have still not heard from a quote we got on our 2 Iphone 4 phones. The Hello Totem people started off saying they would give us $314 and some change for our phones but when the phones got there they sent us a lesser quote of $185. We would not recommend that people use this company unless you are donating phones. These people will not take any contacts in any way shape or form after they steal your phone. You will find yourself eventually giving up on them or you will grab at straws like submitting a complaint on scambook trying to get the money back they stole. You will find this task as a deadend road like we have. I have total remorse for people who fall for this stuff we fell for.

I know this scambook is considered grabbing at straws type of action. I have no confidence in you guys. This money is surely gone for good

We have found from going on the Better Business Bureau that Hello Totem is in trouble with them because the Hello Totem company is not supported by the Better Business Bureau but the logo still exists on the website

This website of scambook was good but HelloTotem has pretty much got a lie put on the status of our payment being sent. That should be enough of lie that keeps us from ever getting our payment. I guess we give up now.
