I ordered from Nutribullet website on April 28/2013 I checked daily for "status" and kept reading the same thing order is being processed finally after 2 phone calls to Nutribullet with no definitive answers I cancelled on their website on May 6 2013 to be on the safe side I took a screen shot of my cancellation memo. On May 14 2013 I received an email from Nutribullet saying my order was shipped today, I immediately phoned them and said this order was cancelled on May 6 the young man told me I had not cancelled I informed him I had a screen shot as proof , he said oh well just return it when we receive it we will refund your $120.00, but I have to wait 3 weeks for a RGA from them then the shipping time plus wait an additional week to ten days to receive my credit card refund, total time they have my money will be close to 1 1/2 to 2 months this is a scam.
