I received a call from Legal Affiliates Group from a man name Nathan. He explained what the company could do for me about getting a modification on my home with Chase Bank.
I too have had been turned down twice by Chase. I made two(2) paymnets in August and September for a total of $2895 in 2012.
To date there is no modifcation nor have I received a refund.
