I ordered a "free trail" of a skin product on line 3-21-2013. The only stipulation was I pay the shipping @ $4.95. The product arrived. On 4-15-2013 I saw a charge on my account of $99.00 from this company. I called and they said I did not send the free sample back to them within the time alloted of two weeks if I was not satisfied. I never agreed to any such terms and conditions on the web site. They refused to refund any money to me. Within the converstion the customer service rep told me another supply was on its way. He said it's witten in the terms and condistions that Skin Beauties ships this product every four weeks unless cancelled by the customer. I never agreed to this either! I told him I do not want the product. Of course I was charged on my card $105.95. He said if I send it back with 2-4 business days I will receive a partial credit of $70.00 because there is a restocking fee. I sent the product back the next day and it cost me $10.00 to return. Since I have returned it, I have made many calls being promised a refund but never have received one! These people need to be stopped.
