I ordered Dyflogest in May 2011 based on a letter from Ty Hoffer (based in Houston, TX) that promises a hassle-free refund. I returned the product because of concerns with impurities that may cause kidney problems. I've called (1-800-398-8055) repeatedly and spoken to Megan, Shelley, Adrian, Nichol, et al. and they all say that the problem is with Accounting.
