Purchased Penny Auction Theme from Sitemile.com on 5/23/2013, and upon installation, theme has several issues that prevent it from functioning correctly and as advertised. Thought it would be no problem to get help via support, but support comes in the form of one sentence or less of generic condescending responses, that are sometimes off target altogether. Fact is this theme has clearly not been tested by Sitemile and is not saleable as is. Sitemile continues to ask for us to re-install Wordpress or the Theme. We have done this repeatedly with the same results. St the time this is being written, there are (11) tech issues of which (5) are critical for the site to work as advertised.

Before judging this business please read the following! This complaint has been resolved with the vendor. A major overhaul/update was made across the board which covered the areas of concern as well as some extra features were added. The original complaint was made in haste and after numerous attempts to have it retracted we were advised that a retraction was not policy for this site. However, we were directed to comment regarding the resolution. Everything is working as it should and has exceeded our expectations. Also, it is worth noting that the "other" complaint on this site appears to just be a retaliation on the sites owner. If you look up the Engineer Andrei Saioc, he made this complaint against a former customer who stole his software. Unfortunately, they retaliated by posting the exact same complaint about him. As stated before, it can't be removed, unless you pay a fee.

I posted a follow-up to this but do not see it so I will corroborate what Justin has said above. Andrei from Sitemile worked with me extensively to resolve this issue which resulted in an update for all those who currently have a license for this software as well as an improved product for those wishing to purchase. I fully recommend this business and wish to fully retract my hastily-made complaint which I now realize was unfair and was not deserved. I wish that this forum would kindly remove the complaint, but they do not make removals unless the business owner pays to remove it, even if it was resolved, etc.

I own a full development license and they all have errors. Andrei has refused to fix them for years, if you can gain access to his forums, you would see.
