I am from NZ and ordered the sample online for less than $5.00. I have only received the products about a week and yet money was taken out of my visa debit card of $180.00 nz dollars. I have not authorised this payment to be debited off my account. I have now cancelled and when i contacted this 0800 447 386 number to press 0 to speak to a customer representative after doing so, automative message saying that i have called through their outside hours, they are open from Monday 8.00 till 5pm yet i phoned on a Monday at 11.00am. This is fraud and would like my money refunded.
