This is submitted in anticipation of an expected battle with a company. Due to unfortunate family circumstances, this company was contacted and an order placed. As soon as I found out about the action, I tried to retrieve: receipt,order number, invoice number ,etc and found that the downloads made could not be displayed ,( record was never printed).
When this happened, I went online to see if there was info available about the company & found Scambook, as well as other sites complaining about the company.
I made 3-4 calls to the company without reaching anyone. I did leave messages.
My bank and credit card are now notified. Fortunately no withdrawal has been made from my account yet,thank god for Memorial Day Holiday. It will take 3 business days before I can put stop payment. There is an alert on account to let me know if the money amount is posted as holding against the account.
If the contract made by Supermedz does not go as a legit deal, things are good to go to initiate investigation; hopefully with recovery of funds.
I feel so dumb. I was hurting and my doctor is on vacation so this group seemed a way to solve my need for medication at a reasonable price
Will keep this site posted.
Thank you for the forum to express my concerns, and not feel so alone in my despair. More news later.
