While the storm was at it's worst moment last Thursday afternoon at approximately 4:00pm l stoped for shelter in front of the door and l was intentionally hurt with a 4 inch cut on my right ankle by a female African American worker there who told me not to stand in front of the door by pushing it right in to me and causing the injury. I called the NYP and they told me if I felt it was necessary to file a complaint, I should do so in writing this statement. I have a Doctors report with me stating a minor infection has developed since having the cut on my ankle. The store owner did not supply any help so l was forced to return back home bleeding, and after a 45 minute bus ride I was finally able to put peroxide and a bandage.I also have pictures of my injury if any evidence is needed to provide.
