watchbrokers agreed to sell my watch worth 20,000. Only wanted to sell if price was right. When offer was made , I did not sign permission to sell and requested my watch returned. No further correspondence was received from them. They went insolvent and Hays Financial Consulting took over the case to 'receive' the assets. Their case was resolved in January and given permission to sell the assets. It is my belief that Hays Consulting has not made any effort to return watches or reimbursement to affected parties. They had my email address and physical address and no correspondence was received. They claim to have sent an email on February 12th (7.29pm) from "watch brokers receiver" to all affected customers. Did you receive yours? I didn't. Their telephone number is 404 926 0054. You will find that mr. christopher tierney is most always 'out of the office'. They have made a sale of your assets to a company in Tennesee (PHC of Missouri, LLC) who owns about 100+ pawn shops in the southeast. I am considering filing a claim of theft with my watch serial number.
