I stored furniture at this facility that I bought from a model home for a home I had under construction. The furniture was destroyed by a bug infestation and animal feces and urine. Some of the pieces were also chewed in places. The owner told me by Florida statute he could not be held responsible and for all he knew I was responsible for the infestation.
