I had charges for this company taken out of my checking account and do not remember ever agreeing to it...I have written to them back in Feb. 2013 the first time it happened with no answer and again in April when I saw another r $30 taken out....now in May they have taken out $30 on the 6th and also the 21st of May..i wrote them in April mad email and never got an answer then either...I have tried to call then at the number that my financial institution gave me and they have not answered ...got a message that they had large volume of calls and when i was transferred and I just got a busy signal...please help me with this if you can...thank you
