On January 11, 2013 I ordered a white apple ipad 4 - 32 gb from www.appleiphonestorehk.com and sent a western union moneygram in the amount of $350.00 which cost me an additional $9.50 to send. I was promised an immediate tracking number for my purchase. In spite of countless emails, I have not received any response from them. Even the on line operator would not respond when I typed back to her. In the last week, the website has shutdown.
Now, I have been getting emails, (twice now) from the manager Jack Chen advising me of new specials to purchase. I emailed him back and he told me to send photocopies of my purchase which I promptly did. I never heard from him again. Now he sent me another email with more specials and the website has changed slightly to www.iphone5storehk.com
the manager is still Jack Chen and he emails under [email protected]
He does not reply to my emails and I find it very hurtful to send me emails asking me to buy more stuff when I never got my first purchase or my money back
