International boundaries
Capital Harris Miller and Associates, is a fraudulent collection agency, that also claims to be a litigation firm. They attempt to collect illegitimate or stolen debts, by using illegal fear tactics. This pathetic racket claims they will send process servers to your work, unless you pay them x amount of dollars in x amount of minutes. They refuse to send any documentation proving the debt, they refuse to be recorded, they refuse to provide any information about their alleged company, and the list goes on. If the group of "employees" they have, weren't a group of uneducated kindergarten dropouts, this could be a dangerous company in regards to personal finance. Be aware, contact your local police if they call you, in addition to your local Attorney General's office, the FBI, and the FTC. Do not speak to them unless the conversation is recorded on your end; provided your state gives you permission to do so.
