They phone me up regarding loans and when I ask what it was about they advised they have founfd the perfect holiday loan for me.
then on the 22/05/13 they debited my account £69.95...then had the cheek to say I authorised it...asked for recordedphone call.
they sent me a for to fill out for my refund which can only happen after 14 days of them receiving my invoice..do you think they will ever receive my letter..
