I HAD ORIGINALLY PUT IN FOR A $400.00 LOAN IN WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID $480.00 TO. THE TOTAL WITH INTEREST WAS $520.00. I ONLY OWED $40.00 MORE ON THE LOAN,OR SO I THOUGHT, BUT WAS CHARGED $170.00 TO MY CKING ACCOUNT INSTEAD. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHY, THEY SAID THE LOAN WAS RENEWED BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL TO CANCEL. ALSO, WHEN I ASKED THEM WHERE I COULD SEND IN THE FINAL PAYMENT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN ADDRESS. I NEVER RECEIVED AN ADDITIONAL LOAN THAT THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR. NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME, MY FAMILY, AND PLACE OF BUSINESS. HARASSING ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED OR WANTED. AND I REPEATIDLY ASKED THEM FOR AN ADDRESS TO MAKE MY FINAL PAYMENT TO AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND THEY KEEP REFUSING TO GIVE ME AN ADDRESS.
