I saw an advert on the internet advertising for samples worth £1.99 from the bellapex.. I thought not bad to try out samples. They actually arrived. Two weeks later I get a card from the post office for a parcel from the US. I am asked to pay £25 but as I cannot remember anyone in the US who would send me a package I say to hell with it and ask for it to be returned to sender... then i check my bank statement and bomb! £90 has been taken from my account by Acm Hydroxaton & Acm Bellaplex - no telephone no email so I ask my bank to block my card before they scam me further.... What can one do to get a refund for this kind of thing? these are cone men? Please advise..... and i hope someone else can learn from my experience.
