I bought on the internet.what was clearly stated as a sample for £4.99 plus pp. Sure enough the package arrived. But when I received my bank-statement a couple of days ago they had taken out the amount stated. I would like them to return the balance to me as I am a pensioner and certainly cannot afford this loss.
